Passion is known to move mountains, in this case the sea! We are in the land of Puglia, in magical Polignano a Mare, a true jewel of the Apulian coast. Here Giovanna, has always search for spontaneous herbs of the Mediterranean scrub of the coast. To delight guests and diners, herbs have always been the object of preparations of liqueurs rich in aromas and perfumes of the territory. Over the years, research and experiments continued and the consensus gradually grew. Giovanna, gradually refining the liqueurs, understood that the time had come to make her products known and thus meet the growing demands.
