Ce faisant, le commerce de <em><strong>sel<\/strong><\/em>, jusqu&#039;\u00e0 la naissance de v\u00e9ritables conflits provoqu\u00e9s par l&#039;augmentation du prix de ces derniers.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame dans la Bible, on parle de la <strong>sel<\/strong>, dans l&#039;Ancien et le Nouveau Testament plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, un symbole de l&#039;union entre l&#039;homme et Dieu.Cette id\u00e9e est \u00e9galement confirm\u00e9e dans les anciens rites du bapt\u00eame, dans lesquels, en entrant dans la communaut\u00e9 catholique, on fait go\u00fbter la <em><strong>sel<\/strong><\/em>. Cet ingr\u00e9dient peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre trouv\u00e9 comme symbole d&#039;amiti\u00e9 dans de nombreuses autres cultures religieuses.<br \/>\nle <em><strong>sel<\/strong> <\/em>il est devenu si important qu&#039;il en est venu \u00e0 constituer une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration en \u00e9change d&#039;un travail, c&#039;est pourquoi on parle encore aujourd&#039;hui <em><strong>salaire<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Les dirigeants qui r\u00e9gnaient sur une zone d&#039;o\u00f9 il pouvait \u00eatre extrait <em><strong>sel<\/strong> <\/em>on pensait qu&#039;ils \u00e9taient extr\u00eamement chanceux et riches. En fait, pour cette raison m\u00eame, de nombreux mouvements de protestation ont surgi sur le prix de <em><strong>sel<\/strong><\/em>, ou qui r\u00e9clamaient la suppression des imp\u00f4ts sur le <em><strong>sel<\/strong><\/em>, comme en Inde et au Canada.<\/p>\n<p>La taxe sur le <em><strong>sel<\/strong> <\/em>il ne fut aboli qu&#039;en 1825, mais uniquement pour celui utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 des fins industrielles. En effet, cela <em><strong>sel<\/strong> <\/em>il a \u00e9t\u00e9 combin\u00e9 avec une substance toxique pour s&#039;assurer que ce type \u00e0 bas prix n&#039;\u00e9tait pas utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 des fins alimentaires.<\/p>\n<h3><em>le <strong>sel<\/strong> dans l&#039;industrie<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Quel est le <em><strong>sel<\/strong> <\/em>industriel? Il existe plusieurs utilisations de cet ingr\u00e9dient telles que :<br \/>\n\u2022 Pour faire du soda ;<br \/>\n\u2022 D\u00e9sinfecter les eaux ;<br \/>\n\u2022 Pour la production de solvants ;<br \/>\n\u2022 Pour rendre les eaux dures plus douces ;<br \/>\n\u2022 Pour la cr\u00e9ation de colorants.<br \/>\nDe nombreuses substances industrielles sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#039;utilisation de <em><strong>sel<\/strong><\/em>, mais tr\u00e8s souvent nous ne nous en rendons m\u00eame pas compte.<\/p>\n<p><em>Quelques chiffres<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Environ 290 millions de tonnes de sel sont produites chaque ann\u00e9e dans le monde. Les principaux protagonistes de cette production sont :<br \/>\n1. La Chine, avec 63 millions de tonnes par an ;<br \/>\n2. \u00c9tats-Unis, avec 44 millions de tonnes par an ;<br \/>\n3. L&#039;Inde avec 26 millions de tonnes par an.<\/p>\n<p>En Italie, nous produisons environ 30 millions de tonnes de <em><strong>sel<\/strong><\/em>.<br \/>\nLa majeure partie de l&#039;extraction mondiale de <em><strong>sel<\/strong> <\/em>il provient de s\u00e9diments superficiels ou souterrains, mais dans tous les cas, la source principale est toujours la mer. En fait, de nombreuses parties d&#039;eau de mer ont \u00e9t\u00e9 submerg\u00e9es par la terre de confinement, elles se retrouvent donc sous les terres \u00e9merg\u00e9es.<br \/>\nle <em><strong>sel<\/strong> <\/em>\u00e0 travers des mines ou par injection d&#039;eau qui dilue une partie de <em><strong>sel<\/strong><\/em> va produire une solution saline concentr\u00e9e appel\u00e9e saumure, qui est ensuite pomp\u00e9e \u00e0 la surface. Ensuite, la saumure est trait\u00e9e et trait\u00e9e jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que <em><strong>sel<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Une m\u00e9thode \u00e9lev\u00e9e d&#039;obtention de la <em><strong>sel<\/strong> <\/em>il se produit par \u00e9vaporation solaire, c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire que l&#039;eau de mer est plac\u00e9e dans des bassins peu profonds appel\u00e9s salins. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la chaleur du soleil, l&#039;eau s&#039;\u00e9vapore et la <em><strong>sel<\/strong> <\/em>reste d\u00e9pos\u00e9 sur le fond.<br \/>\nEn Italie, cette technique est exploit\u00e9e en Sardaigne, dans les Pouilles et en Sicile, mais aussi \u00e0 travers des mines souterraines toujours en Sicile, et \u00e0 travers des saumures souterraines en Toscane.<\/p>\n<h3><em><strong>sel<\/strong> et pouvoir<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Dans l&#039;alimentation de tous les \u00eatres humains, il est n\u00e9cessaire d&#039;ins\u00e9rer environ 2 grammes par jour, ce qui repr\u00e9sente plus ou moins 700 grammes par an, normalement utilis\u00e9s pour cuisiner ou assaisonner les plats et donner plus de saveur et de go\u00fbt aux aliments.<br \/>\nNon seulement les humains, mais le r\u00e8gne animal doit \u00e9galement ing\u00e9rer <em><strong>sel<\/strong><\/em>. En effet, environ 30 millions de sel par an sont utilis\u00e9s dans l&#039;alimentation du b\u00e9tail et une vingtaine sont utilis\u00e9s dans l&#039;industrie agro-alimentaire, pour la cr\u00e9ation de : conserves de viandes et poissons, cubes de bouillon, charcuterie (vous \u00eates passionn\u00e9 de charcuterie ?
