The\u00a0Anselmo's Farm<\/a>\u00a0It rises in the splendor of the Chianti lands, a land that has always been suited to wines of character, here the wine is produced with great passion and with traditional methods of great respect for the soil and nature and it is here that it is produced Vinsanto del Chianti \u201cDedicated to Joy 2012\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Forconi family history, they were already operating in the vineyards of Montespertoli at the beginning of the 19th century. Fabrizio continues the tradition of winemakers, mainly cultivating native vines grown according to scrupulous cultivation practices. At the right degree of ripeness, the grapes are hand-picked and also hand-selected. It is a red wine obtained from\u00a0grapes Malvasia, Colombana and Trebbiano <\/em><\/strong>grown on the Tuscan hills on the Tuscan hills 7 km from Montespertoli and 10 km from San Casciano in Val di Pesa, in the vineyards in the immediate vicinity of the Podere. ANNUAL PRODUCTION: 1000 bottles of 37.5 cl<\/p>\n

TRAINING SYSTEM: Spurred cordon<\/p>\n

VARIETIES: Malvasia, Colombana and Trebbiano<\/strong><\/p>\n

VINTAGE FOR SALE: 2012<\/p>\n

VINIFICATION: The bunches selected by expert hands are dried on mats until the beginning of January, then after a new selection and a soft pressing they are vinified in 50 or 100 litre barrels for over 5 years.<\/p>\n

In winemaking we use exclusively mothers of our Vinsanto.<\/p>\n

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:<\/p>\n

View: Intense straw yellow with greenish reflections.<\/p>\n

Smell: Intense with aromatic notes<\/strong> accompanied by citrus peel and ripe fruit such as pineapple and apple.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Taste: Persuasive<\/strong>, almost sweet with a well-integrated acidic vein, persistent aftertaste with good olfactory correspondence.<\/p>\n

PAIRINGS: Dessert wine but it also pairs very well with with mature cheeses<\/strong><\/p>\n
