Loyal to\u00a0<strong>own land of Friuli<\/strong>\u00a0and its products, then, once their experience was refined, they dedicated themselves to the dairy world and its products, among the typical products we find the<strong>\u00a0 Frico with speck<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The<strong>\u00a0Classic Frico<\/strong>\u00a0encloses the essence of Friuli, represents the<strong>\u00a0culinary typicality<\/strong>\u00a0of an entire territory, is prepared with a\u00a0<strong>selection of fresh and aged cheeses<\/strong>, cut into cubes and mixed with potatoes, it is pre-cooked in the oven and vacuum-packed to guarantee the longest shelf life possible. Just heat it for a couple of minutes in the microwave or in a non-stick pan without adding fat.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Frico with potatoes and speck<\/strong>\u00a0is a typical dish produced in the\u00a0<strong>Friulian cuisine<\/strong> which has its roots in the areas of Carnia.
