Our philosophy also includes supporting small businesses in our area, we have created a network of small businesses operating with the same organic philosophy as us in order to propose ourselves as an alternative to the traditional supermarket. By raising consumer awareness of conscious purchasing and the importance of\u00a0<strong>short supply chain and organic products.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>for all our products the philosophy is always the same: for jams and preserves we only use organic products,<strong>\u00a0lots of fruit and a little organic cane sugar<\/strong>The pickles and creams are made with the best<strong>\u00a0fresh local vegetables<\/strong>\u00a0where we add the highest quality Lazio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to obtain a product of unique excellence.<\/p>\n<p>Our jam is made with the\u00a0<strong>citrus fruits from the amalfi coast<\/strong>. I am<strong>\u00a0artisanal jams<\/strong>\u00a0made with local raw materials:\u00a0<strong>Amalfi lemons, Sorrento oranges and coastal mandarins<\/strong>.
