In the home laboratory Pistocchi<\/a>, the birth of little Elisa, daughter of Claudio Pistocchi was celebrated by dedicating a special creation to her, thus the Eliza cake<\/strong> This cake is the result of 4 years of experimentation and testing and is a perfect combination of Thailand and Italy: white chocolate, citrus fruits, pineapple, yuzu<\/strong> a citrus fruit reminiscent of scents of bergamot<\/strong>, lemongrass<\/strong>, ginger and a total of nine different spices.<\/p>\n

A cake that has in itself the exotic references ofAsia and Tuscany<\/strong>, a riot of citrus notes<\/strong>, spicy<\/strong> and delicate at the same time!<\/p>\n

To taste the cake, remove it from its mold, cutting the edge of the pan and tearing it off when the cake is still very cold, sprinkle it with a very thin veil of its cocoa<\/strong> and\u2026 resist!<\/p>\n

Give it time to soften at room temperature at least twenty minutes (less if in summer): you won't regret it!<\/p>\n

Products made only with: carefully selected raw materials, from natural vanilla to dark chocolate.
\nWe do not use natural flavors, preservatives or vegetable fats other than cocoa butter. Candied citrus fruits with only fruit and sugar, an ancient\u00a0Ethiopian Arabia<\/strong>, very fragrant red-brown cocoa, the best national hazelnuts. The choice of raw materials is a key point for the creation and quality of our products!<\/p>\n
