We have our own farm and feed our cows mainly with <strong>organic fodder<\/strong> that we produce on our farm. From spring to autumn our cows graze freely and feed on <strong>wild spontaneous herbs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This <strong>raw milk cheese<\/strong> It is made as it once was, in a boiler and worked only by hand, without the addition of industrial ferments. To prepare our\u00a0 <strong>flavored caciottine<\/strong> add the spices in paste. Add pepper, chili, coriander, rosemary and fenugreek.<br \/>\nThe rind is edible and changes from a straw yellow color to a golden yellow as it matures. The inside is straw yellow in color, soft, elastic, with variable holes.<br \/>\nThe maturation lasts from 20 days to 8 months, the initially sweet taste then takes on more intense and spicy notes.<br \/>\nThe ideal drinking temperature is 15-20 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n<p>Available in three flavour variants: chilli pepper, <strong>fenugreek<\/strong>, coriander and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>The<strong> spiced caciottine<\/strong> They are ideal for a nice platter of cold cuts and cheeses to serve as an aperitif:<\/p>\n<p>What to accompany them with? Rustic bread or croutons are ideal<strong>. <\/strong>With wildflower honey, chestnut honey or onion jams, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodaloo.it\/en\/shop\/fichi-e-limone\/\">figs<\/a>.
