This is where the <strong>Organic King&#039;s Soup<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"106\" data-end=\"372\"><strong>Organic King&#039;s Soup<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"374\" data-end=\"714\">Since 1998 we have been growing exclusively using organic methods, driven by the belief that a healthy diet starts from a respected and fertile land. We grow legumes, cereals and olive trees, following sustainable agricultural practices such as crop rotation and organic fertilization. We are a young and dynamic company that combines tradition and innovation, thanks also to the collaboration with the University of Agriculture of Perugia. We have an ambitious project: the recovery of ancient and forgotten varieties such as Verna and Gentilrosso grains, the\u00a0 <strong>Senatore Cappelli wheat<\/strong>, einkorn wheat, grass pea, black chickpea and pure barley. Our desire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1046\" data-end=\"1160\">We produce with respect for nature, offering authentic products. Our <strong>King&#039;s Soup from Poggio Aquilone. <\/strong>Our preparations are born from a careful selection of our organic legumes grown in Poggio Aquilone, in Umbria, and from whole grains, available in whole, hulled, pearled or broken form, to offer healthy, natural and versatile solutions in the kitchen. Each mix is designed to preserve the original nutritional richness and enhance the authentic taste of the raw materials, grown with sustainable methods that respect local biodiversity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1046\" data-end=\"1160\"><strong>Organic Pearled Farro and Hulled Chickpea King Soup<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1022\" data-end=\"1148\">\u00a0It is prepared by browning it with a base of saut\u00e9ed herbs and cooked slowly by adding the broth.
