While in the mountains we collect berries and chestnuts and a good part of the fruit we use for our jams. 60 species cultivated per year that we transform in our laboratory.<\/p>\n<p>We have acquired a great deal over the years<strong>\u00a0experience<\/strong>\u00a0in the field of organic agriculture and in the processing of agricultural products. But our attention beyond the\u00a0<strong>cultivation of the land<\/strong>. It&#039;s revolt<strong>\u00a0to the processing sector.\u00a0<\/strong>From this idea were born series of\u00a0<strong>specialty<\/strong>\u00a0typical of our region and our mountains, but at the same time they present that characteristic exclusivity of recipes that combine\u00a0<strong>often forgotten tastes and flavors.\u00a0<\/strong>Our intent is to offer recipes that require long and accurate processing and make them available so you can savor unique and traditional flavours. Each of our products has a unique flavor. Prepared following each phase, with simplicity of methods and ingredients\u00a0<strong>genuine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We have a great desire that makes us carry forward our project every day: to leave our children a world that takes on\u00a0<strong>better than in the past<\/strong>\u00a0at the\u00a0<strong>rediscovery of our roots<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>THE <strong>Tuscan-style chickpeas <\/strong>Organic, produced by<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodaloo.it\/en\/produttore\/azienda-agricola-radici\/\">Roots farm<\/a>, they are ready to eat even without needing to be reheated.
