Our philosophy also includes <strong>support small businesses in our area<\/strong>, we have created a <strong>small business network<\/strong> operating with the same company as us <strong>philosophy of organic<\/strong> in order to propose itself as an alternative to the traditional supermarket. Sensitizing consumers to conscious purchasing and the importance of\u00a0<strong>short supply chain and organic products.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Terra e il Cielo is a cooperative that boasts the objective of enhancing <strong>ancient varieties of cereals and legumes.<\/strong> The focus is on quality and not mere quantity. So production has been deliberately focused on varieties to be rediscovered and relaunched. We have favored spelt (triticum dicoccum) which is excellent for pasta. The ancient varieties of durum wheat (Senatore Cappelli, Taganrog and Etrusco). The grass pea (lathyrus sativus) is a legume known since ancient times which in the past fed the poorest classes. Today its properties, quality and sustainability are being rediscovered. Last but not least, the<strong>barley clean, <\/strong>Optimal <strong>to toast<\/strong>, used in the past and appreciated as <strong>coffee substitute.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#039;<strong>barley is<\/strong> <strong>easy to digest<\/strong> and it is a highly energetic product. Rich in nutrients: it contains in fact <strong>magnesium, phosphorus<\/strong>, potassium, calcium, iron, vitamin PP and E. <strong>The world barley\u00a0<\/strong>It was rediscovered by us and is grown by our members using organic farming techniques. We process it without using synthetic chemicals. Our coffee has complete traceability, in fact, thanks to the roasting plant built in 1999, we complete the processing.<\/p>\n<p>Tips for the <strong>coffee preparation<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>We can <strong>prepare it with the classic \u201cmocha\u201d<\/strong> from coffee or you can use a pan dosing it to the concentration you like. In summer to try <strong>tasted cold<\/strong> as excellent <strong>refreshing drink<\/strong>.
