Giulio has always had a passion for beer. Since he was a boy he cultivated it starting at home with DIY kits. But the dream was always there: one day I want to have my own microbrewery where I can produce quality beers and experiment!<\/p>\n<p>TORTUGA is ours\u00a0<strong>American Pale Ale. <\/strong>Amber, which reserves an unmistakable taste and aroma, constitutes a revisited version of the same style. <strong>The taste<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>caramelized<\/strong> and the amber color is given by the special malt\u00a0<em>crystal<\/em>\u00a0used to produce it, the foam is fine-grained and persistent.\u00a0<strong>The aroma<\/strong> The main one is certainly that given by the hops, added late in the boil, rich in hints of <strong>esotic fruit<\/strong> and citrus, while the smell of malt takes a back seat.<\/p>\n<p>Try it to prepare a <strong>Special Negroni<\/strong>! The extra idea? Pair it with a roast chicken stuffed with a mixture of garlic and sage to which you add lemon zest!<\/p>\n<p>APAs are known for their <strong>hoppy and citrus notes.<\/strong> Appreciated by those who love more aromatic and bitter beers. The citrus notes combine with the floral aromas of hops. The result is a tasting with exhilarating flavors.
