Syrup produced for over 15 years with Magliano rose petals, a name familiarly created by Isabella Devetta, owner of the farm that bears her name, before knowing its exact identification. It is an ancient variety of roses found over 15 years ago by her and her family in an old Chianti house; in Tuscany it is not very common, except in the Florentine Chianti and in the Sienese area, where it is known as the \u201crose of the gardens\u201d, since it was planted as a border around the vegetable garden. Its peculiar characteristic is to have a very strong typical rose scent, which cannot be compared to any other scent, other than the citrusy one of tea roses and the pleasantly sweet one of Bulgarian rose. This variety, combined with Isabella's skilful processing, gives this syrup a unique freshness and aroma.
