Ma quello che pi\u00f9 colpisce \u00e8 che nonostante le sveglie mattutine all’ora “presta” il duro lavoro dell’intera giornata, senza soste, un giorno sull’altro. Manual harvest first ten days of September. best bunches<\/strong> selected directly in the vineyard. Transport in 17 kg crates to avoid breaking the grapes. Before fermentation, maceration for 12 hours at 4\u00b0. Fermentation follows in cement vats and refinement on the lees with weekly batonnage<\/strong> fino all’imbottigliamento.<\/span><\/p>\n
