We are in the homeland of <strong>Sopressa<\/strong>, who since 2003 has achieved the <strong>Protected Designation of Origin<\/strong>, the first of the Venetian sausages to obtain this recognition. To make its own cured meats, the salami factory uses <strong>fresh heavy Italian pork meat<\/strong> or prized beef cuts: carefully selected and manually worked with a knife, to guarantee high quality control. All pork cuts are used, including the most prized ones, to obtain a product of true excellence.<br \/>\nsweet and flavoured with garlic. Coppa is a traditional cured meat. There are versions in every region of Italy. We carry out expert salting and spicing. Afterwards we stuff it and let it mature for a long time to obtain a product with a strong flavour. Our coppa has <strong>a soft consistency<\/strong>, but at the same time compact.
