It is rather small in size, smooth and dark ochre in color, with an intense and characteristic scent that recalls garlic, the aroma is intense.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Cacio e pepe with truffle<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Delicate and tasty, our cream is prepared with <strong>Aged Pecorino Cheese\u00a0<\/strong>, Fresh butter and<strong> Bianchetto Truffle<\/strong> (<em>Tuber borchii Vitt.<\/em>).
