It has a long harvest period, the summer truffle is widespread throughout the world. It has a scent that recalls the aroma of porcini mushrooms, with<strong> notes of hazelnut and undergrowth<\/strong>Its intensity increases with maturation.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 Presents a<\/span> The flavor is delicate, leaving a pleasant and non-invasive aftertaste. With a unique flavor and a strong taste, it is perfect for preparing tasty bruschetta or to be used for the preparation of first and second courses.<\/p>\n<p>Truffle sauce is a product that can be used in many preparations, perfect for adding a touch of flavour to appetizers and meats.
