It has a long harvest period, the summer truffle is widespread throughout the world. It has a scent that recalls the aroma of porcini mushrooms, with<strong> notes of hazelnut and undergrowth<\/strong>Its intensity increases with maturation.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 Presents a<\/span> The flavor is delicate, leaving a pleasant and non-invasive aftertaste. Perfect to accompany <strong>cheeses<\/strong> or the <strong>ricotta cheese<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Summer truffle honey is a product that has many uses in the kitchen and goes well with both sweet and savory dishes.\u00a0<b>Truffle flavoured delight based on Acacia honey<\/b>. Ideal with intensely flavoured cheeses, from sheep&#039;s cheese to mature cheeses.
