Always focused on quality since 2010 the <strong>production is organic<\/strong>. The management has always been in the hands of the Anichini family, today it is Francesco who carries it forward with the help of his parents. The name derives from the area, Cecione, where the farm is located while Vallone comes from a plot of land that slopes down from the house to the valley, an area particularly suited for the<strong>excellent wine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In the \u201cAllegra\u201d vineyard, in the lowest area of the estate, grows the <strong>Black Malvasia<\/strong> vinified by us in purity with a short <strong>refinement in terracotta amphorae<\/strong>The wine thus produced has unique characteristics, <strong>aromatic and velvety<\/strong>, with an intense flavour, very pleasant and easy to pair.<\/p>\n<p>Production is mainly concentrated in 5 labels: the <strong>Chianti Classico<\/strong>, a <strong>Pure Canaiolo<\/strong>, one <strong>Black Malvasia<\/strong> in purity, a <strong>Pure Sangiovese<\/strong> (\u201cBarley Field\u201d) and a<strong> Sangiovese ros\u00e9<\/strong> dedicated to Francesco&#039;s daughter (Allegra). On the label of each wine there are images referring to people from the Anichini family or to very particular moments that mark historical passages or family memories that are indissoluble over time.<\/p>\n<p>My family <strong>has been producing wine for over a hundred years<\/strong> in full respect of the most ancient <strong>Chianti tradition<\/strong>, cultivating the small fields around the old house located in the splendid valley of Cecione and in the Conca d&#039;Oro of Panzano.<\/p>\n<p>A<strong> history tuscany<\/strong>, a family story.<\/p>\n<h3>Data sheet:<strong> IGT Black Malvasia<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>PRODUCTION AREA: Cecione valley and in the Conca d&#039;Oro of Panzano. In the lowest area of the estate, grows the <strong>Black Malvasia<\/strong> vinified by us in purity with a short <strong>refinement in terracotta amphorae<\/strong>The wine thus produced has unique characteristics, <strong>aromatic and velvety<\/strong>, with an intense flavour, very pleasant and easy to pair.<\/p>\n<p>TYPE OF SOIL: medium-textured clayey.<\/p>\n<p>TRAINING SYSTEM: Tuscan arch and spurred cordon.<\/p>\n<p>HARVEST The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand in crates, between the last week of September and the first of October.<\/p>\n<p>GRAPE VARIETY: <strong>Black Malvasia 100%<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EXPOSURE: South East<\/p>\n<p>AVERAGE YIELD PER HA: 55-60 ql<\/p>\n<p>MATURATION: fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete barrels (approximately 10 days) with subsequent passage on its own lees for approximately 1\/2 months.<\/p>\n<p>REFINEMENT: <strong>6 months in a terracotta amphora<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:<\/p>\n<p>Note: The wine has an intense ruby red colour, with aromas of ripe fruit, <strong>hints of spices and black pepper<\/strong>, complex and elegant with harmonious tannins\u2026of great personality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pairings<\/strong>: Medium and long-aged cheeses, red meats, <strong>Stewed dishes<\/strong> and pasta.
