Buzzarone Agricultural Company<\/a> it's more than a cellar, it's the realization of a dream<\/strong> which has been carried forward with great courage since 2015 by the legacy of his grandfather with the aim of enhance territoriality<\/strong>, this is how it is born Roar Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ruggito\u00a0Montepulciano d\u2019Abruzzo DOC<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are in Fraz. Castelferrato, in the province of Chieti. The soils of our hills are mostly medium textured clay<\/strong> and rich in nutrients. Here we can say that the nature has been extremely generous<\/strong>. On the one hand the proximity to the Mount Majella<\/strong> with consequent temperature variations. On the other hand, the water basin which helps to mitigate the air. Finally, the Adriatic sea breeze<\/strong> contributes to savouriness and minerality<\/strong> of the character of our wines. To cultivate our lands we follow the organic philosophy. We follow the natural rhythm<\/strong> without forcing. We keep our fields grassy thus avoiding soil erosion. Sustainability is important to us and we only use products of natural origin. We favor in quality in our every action<\/strong> to quantity.<\/p>\n

In the basement<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Here too the philosophy is the same: we pursue non-invasive practices<\/strong>. The winemaking takes place with traditional artisanal production methods implemented by modern knowledge of oenology. The wine is then refined with only practice of batonnage<\/strong>. A practice that will enrich its complexity, prolong its longevity, highlighting its natural organoleptic characteristics. We carry on the family tradition that has always embraced theart of the winemaker.<\/strong>
\nOur wines, natives of Abruzzo<\/strong>, vinified in purity<\/strong>. They are worked only in steel, for maximum varietal and territorial expression.<\/strong><\/p>\n

HARVEST The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand in crates, in the month of October. Destemming of the grapes and fermentation in maceration with the skins<\/b> in steel at controlled temperature, <\/b>drawn off at the end of alcoholic fermentation.<\/p>\n
