Always focused on quality since 2010 the <strong>production is organic<\/strong>. The management has always been in the hands of the Anichini family, today it is Francesco who carries it forward with the help of his parents. The name derives from the area, Cecione, where the farm is located while Vallone comes from a plot of land that slopes down from the house to the valley, an area particularly suited for the<strong>excellent wine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Extra virgin olive oil<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L&#039;<strong>extra virgin olive oil<\/strong> Vallone di Cecione is the fruit of approximately 700 plants spread across the company and cultivated with <strong>natural methods<\/strong> without the use of synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. The varieties used to produce the oil are those typical of our area such as the &quot;<strong>Oil mill<\/strong>\u201d (present at 65%), the \u201c<strong>Moraiolo<\/strong>\u201d ( 25%), the \u201c<strong>Leccino<\/strong>\u201d and the \u201cP<strong>endolino<\/strong>\u201d (10%).<\/p>\n<p>Production is mainly concentrated in 5 labels: the <strong>Chianti Classico<\/strong>, a <strong>Pure Canaiolo<\/strong>, one <strong>Black Malvasia<\/strong> in purity, a <strong>Pure Sangiovese<\/strong> (\u201cBarley Field\u201d) and a<strong> Sangiovese ros\u00e9<\/strong> dedicated to Francesco&#039;s daughter (Allegra). On the label of each wine there are images referring to people from the Anichini family or to very particular moments that mark historical passages or family memories that are indissoluble over time.<\/p>\n<p>My family <strong>has been producing wine and oil for over a hundred years.<\/strong> We work in full compliance with the oldest <strong>Chianti tradition<\/strong>, cultivating the small fields around the old house located in the splendid valley of Cecione and in the Conca d&#039;Oro of Panzano.<\/p>\n<p>A<strong> history tuscany<\/strong>, a family story.<\/p>\n<h3>Data sheet: <strong>Extra virgin olive oil <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The harvest usually takes place after the first ten days of November and continues in December. The work is done entirely by hand. After the harvest, we take the olives to the mill within 48 hours. The pressing is carried out using only cold mechanical means to obtain the best quality. Every year we produce on average 8 to 15 hl of oil. Which is bottled or sold in bulk after the <strong>natural decantation<\/strong> without being subjected to any filtration. Our extra virgin olive oil has a good intense fruitiness. You can perceive the hints of <strong>fresh grass<\/strong> And <strong>raw artichoke<\/strong>. With a pleasant spicy taste in the throat.
