Lorenzo The Roman Pinsa<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Lorenzo Fortuna<\/strong> born in Chicago in 1976. Son of an artist, his parents are chefs of well-known restaurants in the States. He returned to Italy early and at a very young age he began his professional career and followed his passion for cooking. He continued his training with the great chefs of the world of bread making, leavened products and Italian cuisine, such as Marco Montuori, Luigi Conti, Antonio Chiera, Antonino Cannavacciuolo, Marco Pirotta. He was the first to bring the concept of Roman Pinsa<\/strong> certified and in 2014, in Rome, wins the Pizza Award, <\/strong>the prestigious recognition. In 2021 he realizes a long-cherished dream: he opens the Pizza and Pinsa School<\/strong> \u201cLorenzo Fortuna\u201d and the project continues.<\/p>\n

Multigrain Pinsa<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Water, a rich mix of flours: flours of wheat<\/strong>, flours of rye, barley flake flour, artemide black rice flour, flax seeds, sunflower, sesame, <\/strong>salt, and wheat germ, <\/strong>here are the ingredients of this pinsa<\/strong> from the fragrance <\/strong>unique. <\/strong>A simple product but at the same time made a true excellence by the professionalism and mastery of the Chef Lorenzo Fortuna<\/strong>, which of the baking has made an art<\/strong> in the true sense of the word. In his own laboratory he produces the \u201cpinse Lorenzo Fortuna\u201d a perfect product that will be offered as a container for your ingredients to fully enjoy your stuffed pinse.<\/p>\n

The \u201cLorenzo Fortuna's pinsa<\/strong>\u201d is a product of great excellence, the result of training and experience in bread making<\/strong> and in the kitchen of the Chef Lorenzo Fortuna <\/strong>which since 2021 has also opened a school <\/strong>just dedicated to the pinsa and pizza.<\/strong><\/p>\n
