His project is to produce a family-run range of products with a focus on quality and <strong>authenticity of flavours<\/strong>. Food delights, healthy organic products. To make them he chooses only the best selected raw materials and processes them <span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong>Preservative free<\/strong>, <strong>nor dyes<\/strong> added.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Healthy and genuine products that meet the <strong>flavor of nature.<\/strong> The ingredients are selected by our partner producers with high standards certified by the CE mark on each product. And the recipes are a tribute to <strong>Italian peasant tradition<\/strong>.<span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"> Season with <strong>only spices<\/strong> and sea salt<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Curiosity<\/strong>: Marco has collected the recipes kept by his grandmother, he makes them by hand and offers them in his jars. We are in fact close to <strong>Imperia<\/strong> place of choice for this variety of olive. The olive of <strong>Taggiasca cultivar is typical of Western Liguria. <\/strong>They are small in size and elongated in shape<strong><b>. <\/b><\/strong>Taggiasca olives have a<strong> unmistakable taste<\/strong> and delicate<strong>. <\/strong>They are characterized by a<strong><strong> sweet and fruity flavour. <\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>It&#039;s the <strong><strong>juice <\/strong><\/strong>from <strong>Taggiasca olives<\/strong> handpicked. It is inspired by the recipes of <strong>Ligurian tradition<\/strong> of the past.
