The <strong>salami<\/strong>\u00a0he is a great protagonist of the <strong>Venetian pork butchery. <\/strong>In the version <strong><u>with Black Garlic\u00a0 <\/u><\/strong>the dough is flavored with a true excellence <strong>Black Garlic <\/strong>and white wine from<strong> vespaiolo vine. <\/strong>For our cured meats we use the best fresh cuts of selected meats and without the use of additives.<br \/>\nIt has a coarser grind than the Sopr\u00e8ssa and a shorter maturation. Characterised by a particular <strong>softness<\/strong>. On the outside it appears covered with a light layer of light grey mould, the shape is cylindrical, regular.
