The company chose to prepare La piada del chiosco just as a local custom teaches, learned in the many kiosks where it is still cooked today. This is the recipe but what is the secret to making it like this? soft and fragrant<\/strong>? Ingredients of top quality<\/strong>: wheat flour exclusively from Romagna, the whole sea salt from Cervia <\/strong>and extra virgin olive oil from the Rimini hills. The care in the preparation: skilful workmanship<\/strong> that strictly respects tradition and is inspired by piadina kiosks. It is only the wisdom and passion of those who prepare it and pass it down for generations that makes the difference. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

It's the please<\/strong> prepared only with genuine ingredients<\/strong> and the best excellences of Romagna. <\/strong>prepared as it is done in the kiosks, to fully enjoy the tradition! Like all simple things, produced with few ingredients are the basis of a good result together with the manual skill of those who prepare them.
