In the laboratory of Vincenti house<\/a> in Infernotto Valley<\/strong> they bake delights<\/strong> for six generations, first of all: the Batiaje\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Batiaje<\/strong><\/h3>\n

the typical Piedmontese biscuit with a rounded shape made with flour from cornmeal, <\/strong>true flagship of the historical production of the family, with the same passion the pastry shop\u00a0<\/strong> makes delicious corn paste e Amaretti biscuits<\/strong> soft<\/strong> of handicraft production this is how the Batiaje<\/strong><\/p>\n

The craft workshop<\/strong> boasts a real historical production and for the care and processing methods it has earned the prestigious recognition of artisan excellence from Piemonte region. <\/strong>Of the original purely artisanal character everything has been maintained and jealously preserved. The last descendant Mirella and her husband Roberto, the current owners, are happy to carry on the tradition and the historical value linked to it.<\/p>\n

the Batiaje <\/strong>have been handed down for six generations: today Mirella is the last descendant of the woman who first wrote the recipe for the famous biscuit in 1850. Pcorn poles<\/strong> where the quality of the ingredients has always been safeguarded. Choosing the best ones like eggs or the best special flours<\/strong> of the area all strictly no GMOs as well as al very fresh butter. <\/strong>The jealously guarded recipe is the historical recipe, never changed.<\/p>\n

These have been baked in Barge for more than 160 years delicious shortbread. <\/strong>What is the secret of their goodness? at the base an abundant amount of corn flour<\/strong> and the genuine butter. <\/strong>And of course the secret aromas are still made today by hand one by one.<\/strong> Today the classic product is also available in the version with drops of dark chocolate<\/strong>, with Hazelnut grain <\/strong>and mixed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Batiaje in Piedmontese <\/strong>indicates the rounded shaped biscuit. Made with the cornmeal flour <\/strong>in traditional use since ancient times, prepared on festive occasions. As for baptisms \u00a0\u201cAnduma a batiaj\u00e8\u201d <\/strong>was the local expression used or "Let's go baptize" and to celebrate these particular biscuits were made.<\/p>\n
