There spicy dry ricotta <\/strong>is produced<\/strong> from Milk Coop<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0is in\u00a0online selling<\/strong>.
\nThere\u00a0dry cottage cheese spicy <\/strong><\/b>it is a classic in the kitchen, much appreciated grated on a nice plate of pasta or to make various recipes.<\/p>\n

The goodness of this product comes from a careful selection of raw materials. As well as from the completely artisanal processing of milk.<\/p>\n

There<\/strong> spicy dry ricotta<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The milk used to get this special\u00a0spicy dry ricotta <\/strong>is that of\u00a0sheep and cow<\/b> typical of the Irpinia pastures. Especially those that cross the area of the Picentini Mountains and the Bagnoli Plateau.<\/p>\n

Immersed in nature, these animals are free to feed on the pastures by drawing directly from the earth.<\/p>\n

Their diet, well controlled and not at all adulterated by chemical feed, ensures that the milk is enriched with\u00a0nutrients\u00a0<\/b>and organoleptic properties without equal.<\/p>\n

The intent to bring only genuine flavors to the table, therefore, also translates into the use of\u00a0traditional manufacturing methods\u00a0<\/b>according to which, with the great skill of the cheesemaker and his staff, the ricotta obtained from the serums is sieved by hand and then left to mature for about\u00a01\/6 months<\/b>\u00a0in special cells with controlled ventilation, humidity and temperature.<\/p>\n

To give a further special touch, in some cases we add the chili pepper<\/b> inside the compound and so we get the spicy seasoned ricotta<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Therefore available in variants spicy <\/strong>, the\u00a0seasoned ricotta<\/strong> produced by us, it has a fairly intense ivory colour and a compact consistency.<\/p>\n

It was 1800 when it all began. More than 200 years have passed since then and theNigro farm<\/strong>\u00a0has turned into\u00a0Milk Cooperative<\/strong>, joining with\u00a08 partners<\/strong>\u00a0which confer daily for the production of the\u00a0pecorino cheese<\/strong>\u00a0the milk of\u00a0Bagnolese sheep<\/strong>\u00a0and for the production of other types of\u00a0aged cheeses<\/strong>\u00a0And\u00a0fresh\u00a0<\/strong>the\u00a0cow milk<\/strong>\u00a0coming from\u00a0Irpinia pastures<\/strong>\u00a0And\u00a0Samnites<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The years have passed but our philosophy has always remained the same: "maintaining the dairy production as tradition dictates, aiming more and more to improve the ancient production techniques".<\/p>\n

The milk of\u00a0Milk Cooperative<\/strong>\u00a0From\u00a0indigenous breeds from Campania<\/strong>, grown with the utmost respect for their nature. In the farms of the Cooperative the times and rhythms of life of the animals are respected and they are left free to choose from the countless wild herbs of their pastures. This biodiversity brings properties to the milk donated by them\u00a0organoleptic<\/strong>\u00a0And\u00a0sensory<\/strong>\u00a0really unique.<\/p>\n
