The\u00a0<\/a>Cupin's delights is aLigurian company<\/strong>\u00a0which has its roots in a small village of 50 souls in the hinterland\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Ligurian dedicated to agriculture, in the middle of a real "forest" of\u00a0olive groves<\/strong>, from\u00a0Taggiasca cultivar<\/strong> and this is where the Porcini sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Faithful to its origins and its own\u00a0Ligurian traditions<\/strong>, Marco Donato founded his family business. His project is to produce a family-run range of products with a focus on quality and\u00a0authenticity of flavours<\/strong>. Food delights, healthy organic products. To make them he chooses only the best selected raw materials and processes them\u00a0Preservative free<\/strong>,\u00a0nor dyes<\/strong>\u00a0added.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Curiosity<\/strong>: Marco has collected the recipes kept by his grandmother, he makes them by hand and offers them in his jars. Jars that in Ligurian dialect are called "the cupins<\/strong>".<\/p>\n

    Porcini Mushroom Sauce<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    The mushroom sauce<\/strong> porcini mushrooms<\/strong> It's a classic recipe of the Italian cuisine<\/strong>, much appreciated because in its simplicity it manages to give very captivating flavours and aromas. A mushroom sauce is made with tomatoes and onions from biological agriculture<\/strong> and, like all other products of theLigurian company<\/strong>, contains no preservatives, thickeners, glutamate or other flavor enhancers.<\/p>\n

    Try it with<\/strong>: It goes very well with both short and long pasta. Excellent for preparing crostini and appetizers. Classic combinations to try with scallops<\/strong> and the polenta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
