Softened butter<\/li>\n<li>100 gr. Sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons Vanillin<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp baking powder for cakes<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch of fine salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparation:<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-22459\" src=\"https:\/\/www.foodaloo.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/biscotti-di-mais-friabili-427x272.jpg\" alt=\"biscotti di mais friabili\" width=\"427\" height=\"272\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Work the eggs with the sugar using a hand or electric whisk, until the mixture is light to frothy. Add the softened butter and mix. Gradually add 00 flour and corn flour, vanilla, baking powder and a pinch of salt, working the mixture with your hands. Pour it on a wooden board and mix everything together until you have a smooth and homogeneous ball. Cover it with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour<\/p>\n<p>After the necessary time, arrange the dough on a floured work surface and roll it out with a rolling pin. Obtain the biscuits with the mold of the shape you prefer and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 \u00b0 C for about 20 minutes. Once ready, let them cool.
