Il cuore pulsante del Bosco Incantato® è la sua titolare, Alessandra, cresciuta con i racconti delle ricette di famiglia e di aromi freschi con il sapore del mare e del Sud. Proprio lei nel 2016 sentendo il forte richiamo per la terra e la tradizione si crea un mondo dove esprimere tutto il suo amore per la natura e per la cucina: Il Bosco Incantato che nasce su un terreno di quasi due ettari, sul quale spiccavano solo 28 piante di ulivo quasi inselvatichite, un posto pieno di ricordi provenienti dal cuore della sua famiglia. Alessandra crede nelle cose genuine, nelle stagioni e nel rispetto per la natura, nelle cose fatte con cura e dolcezza. Gli ingredienti che pianta e coltiva sono tutti genuini e li trasforma in prodotti di ottima qualità come fatti in casa. Non vengono utilizzati conservanti o addensanti e buona parte di essi sono senza glutine e senza lattosio, nonché vegan. Alessandra ha pensato davvero a tutti!

After 4 years of SQNPI (integrated agriculture) now the company is in conversion regime for organic.
They work only fruit from its own production and follow the cycle of seasonality without any forcing, according to nature, therefore some products are only available in season! Once finished they cannot be restocked until the next season!
