Dandelion Honey in the kitchen ... a delicious recipe!

Do you want a fresh, greedy and unusual appetizer? Gorgonzola pears with dandelion honey are what you need! How to make? Et voila!

First of all we recover the necessary ingredients: 4 quite ripe pears, 150 g of gorgonzola, 30 g of dandelion honey, 2 spiced taralli and lemon thyme.

Let's start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees, chop the thyme and put it aside. Cut the pears in half by digging slightly in the center, creating a small bowl and bake - adding the thyme - for about ten minutes. In the meantime, heat the honey, crumble the taralli and lightly toast them in a pot, finally cut the gorgonzola into cubes.

Once the pears have been extracted from the oven, simply fill the pears with the gorgonzola, continue cooking - with the oven off - for two or three minutes (just enough to make the gorgonzola a delicious cream) and then sprinkle with the dandelion honey and the taralli. toasted, serve lukewarm.

Start by beating the egg, gradually adding the almond oil (we recommend a teaspoon, but the amount can vary according to your needs) obtaining a homogeneous mixture, then add the honey and stir until it is completely absorbed. The cream obtained can be stored for 4-5 days in the refrigerator and used daily to strengthen the skin.

What if ... I want a mask?

In this case the process is even more immediate, it will be enough to mix in equal quantities (two teaspoons are usually enough) dandelion honey, olive oil and finely chopped tomato (to be added after having added oil and honey). The mask obtained will be applied for twenty minutes, before being rinsed.

If the first solution does not convince you or you suffer from dry skin and prone to impurities, this mask is for you! A spoonful of honey and a spoonful of bicarbonate - an excellent detergent - and five minutes of patience during the installation will be enough, et voilà, that's it!
