Wir haben einen eigenen Bauernhof und f\u00fcttern unsere K\u00fche haupts\u00e4chlich mit <strong>Bio-Futter<\/strong> die wir auf unserem Hof produzieren. Von Fr\u00fchling bis Herbst grasen unsere K\u00fche frei und ern\u00e4hren sich von <strong>wilde, spontane Kr\u00e4uter.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dies <strong>Rohmilchk\u00e4se<\/strong> Die Herstellung erfolgt wie fr\u00fcher im Kessel und ausschlie\u00dflich per Hand, ohne Zugabe industrieller Fermente.<br \/>\nDie Rinde ist essbar und wechselt mit der Reifung von strohgelb zu goldgelb. Die Innenseite ist strohgelb, weich, elastisch, mit variablen L\u00f6chern.<br \/>\nDie Reifung dauert 20 Tage bis 8 Monate, der zun\u00e4chst s\u00fc\u00dfe Geschmack nimmt dann intensivere und w\u00fcrzige Noten an.<br \/>\nDie ideale Trinktemperatur betr\u00e4gt 15-20 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Caciotta ist der K\u00e4se der Geselligkeit. Perfekt f\u00fcr einen <strong>Picknick auf dem Gras<\/strong> oder vielmehr f\u00fcr eine <strong>K\u00e4sekuchen<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rezepte f\u00fcr ein perfektes Picknick<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rustikale Sandwiches mit Caciotta-K\u00e4se und gegrilltem Gem\u00fcse:<\/strong> Die Sandwiches mit den Caciotta-Scheiben und dem gegrillten Gem\u00fcse f\u00fcllen. Mit etwas \u00d6l und einer Prise Oregano w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1249\">Sandwiches mit Caciottacreme und getrockneten Tomaten. <\/strong>Aus der Caciotta eine Creme zubereiten und mit etwas \u00d6l verr\u00fchren. Die Creme auf dem Brot verteilen, getrocknete Tomaten und Basilikum darauf verteilen.
