Wir sind in der Heimat von <strong>Sopressa<\/strong>, der seit 2003 das erreicht hat <strong>Gesch\u00fctzte Ursprungsbezeichnung<\/strong>, die erste venezianische Wurst, die diese Anerkennung erhielt. Zur Herstellung eigener Wurstwaren verwendet die Salamifabrik <strong>frisches schweres italienisches Schweinefleisch<\/strong> oder feine Rindfleischst\u00fccke: sorgf\u00e4ltig ausgew\u00e4hlt und manuell mit einem Messer verarbeitet, um eine hohe Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Es werden alle Teile des Schweins verwendet, auch die besten, um ein Produkt von wahrer Exzellenz zu erhalten.<br \/>\ns\u00fc\u00df und mit Knoblauch gew\u00fcrzt. Der <strong>Salami<\/strong>\u00a0Er ist ein gro\u00dfartiger Protagonist der <strong>Venezianische Schweinemetzgerei. <\/strong>In der Version<strong> scharfe Salami <\/strong>Wir haben uns inspirieren lassen<strong> \u201eNeapeler Wurst\u201c <\/strong>Hergestellt aus den besten frischen St\u00fccken ausgew\u00e4hlten Fleisches und ohne Verwendung von Zusatzstoffen.<br \/>\nEs hat einen gr\u00f6beren Mahlgrad als Sopr\u00e8ssa und eine k\u00fcrzere Reifezeit. Gekennzeichnet durch eine besondere <strong>Weichheit<\/strong>. Au\u00dfen erscheint es mit einer leichten Schicht hellgrauen Schimmels bedeckt, die Form ist zylindrisch, regelm\u00e4\u00dfig und leicht gew\u00f6lbt. Die Scheibe weist eine Mischung mit mittelgrober K\u00f6rnung auf. Die Augen sind klar und elfenbeinfarben.
