Ein K\u00e4se a <strong>weicher und elastischer Teig<\/strong> und tendiert mit der Reifung zur Cremigkeit. Im Laufe der Tage entsteht ein neuer <strong>sehr leichte Bl\u00fcte<\/strong> was ihm einen besonderen Pilzduft verleiht, der nachgibt <strong>buttrige und s\u00fc\u00dfe Noten.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Im Juni 2023 fand die erste statt <strong>Piemontesisches K\u00e4sefest.<\/strong> An dem mehr als 250 K\u00e4sesorten in insgesamt 19 Kategorien teilnahmen. Das Unternehmen beteiligte sich mit zwei K\u00e4sesorten, die Symbole unserer Milchproduktion und repr\u00e4sentativ f\u00fcr unsere Langa-Region sind.
